How to read it
Check an Illinois Proxies line and the ISP is a US mobile carrier, because the IP sits in the carrier's pool and is shared through carrier-grade NAT by many real phones. Geolocation stops at the metro or state rather than a street. Two things expose an account: a browser time zone out of line with the IP, and a WebRTC candidate showing your home or office address. Set those right in the browser profile, then repeat the check.
