Illinois Mobile Proxies: One Dedicated Carrier Line for the State

Illinois Proxies exists to give the state a steady, honest mobile proxy service. Every line is one real carrier SIM in one device we own, assigned to one customer, standing in a single rack in Chicago. From there we reach customers across Illinois: a business registered in Springfield, an agency in Naperville, a seller in Aurora, a researcher in Champaign, a shop in Peoria or Rockford. The address they present is Chicago, Illinois on a mobile carrier range, which is the reading that state-level checks compare against. This page describes the service as it is, including what it does not do, so that you can decide whether an Illinois line fits your work.

The whole state from one rack

Carrier networks do not issue addresses by town. A phone anywhere in Illinois receives its public address from a regional gateway, and geolocation databases record that gateway's blocks as Chicago, Illinois. Placing modems in six towns would therefore change nothing about what a website sees, so we keep every device in one Chicago facility with good signal for all three carriers, dependable power and staff close at hand.

The practical consequence is simple. Wherever in Illinois your work is based, the line reads the same: United States, Illinois, Chicago, owned by AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, connection type mobile. For a billing-state match, a state-licensed service, Illinois-targeted advertising or an Illinois business account, that is the correct answer.

Service areas, and what reached means

We name Springfield, Naperville, Aurora, Peoria, Rockford and Champaign as service areas. Reached, in our usage, means that customers there are served from the Chicago rack and that the state-level reading their work depends on is covered. It does not mean we operate hardware, hold local addresses or offer local phone numbers in those cities. We state this plainly because other providers sometimes imply otherwise, and because a customer who needs a Peoria-specific address should know before paying that no carrier address will provide one.

Naperville and Aurora sit inside the Chicago metro, so for metro-level checks the Chicago reading is exact. For the rest of the state, the reading is Illinois, which is what the overwhelming majority of Illinois work requires.

What you rent

A line is a SIM from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon in a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router or an Android phone. It carries your traffic and nobody else's for the term you choose. You connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, with UDP over SOCKS5, or over VLESS if you want a whole device routed. Credentials appear in the dashboard at il.illinoisproxies.com as soon as payment clears.

Data is unlimited under a fair-use understanding that the line is for proxy work rather than bulk file transfer. Rotation is unlimited: the address stays as long as the carrier keeps the session, and you request a new one from the dashboard, a rotation link, the API or a timer. Addresses are the carrier's, shared with real subscribers behind carrier-grade NAT, and may repeat or change at the carrier's discretion. Typical speeds are 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50+ Mbps on 5G.

  • Hourly: $2 on 4G or $3 on 5G for the first two hours, the same per extra hour, up to four hours, never auto-renewed; hours paid count toward a day plan.
  • Daily: $5 on 4G, $6 on 5G. Weekly: $28 or $31. Monthly: $65 or $75.
  • Payment by card, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Zelle or bank wire.
  • Free self-service moves to our other US cities with remaining time carried over.

Illinois business accounts and Central time

A large share of our customers run accounts that belong to Illinois-registered businesses: marketplace storefronts, advertising accounts, payment and banking portals, directory listings. Platforms compare a login's address with the state on file, and a mismatch invites questions. An Illinois line keeps the address consistent with the registration. The other half of consistency is the clock: set each workstation and browser profile to Central time so the device and the address tell the same story.

For agencies managing several Illinois clients, we suggest one line per account that involves a login, with weekly or monthly plans so that the device and its address history stay with the account. Tasks that do not log in, such as price checks or ad verification, can share a line with a timer rotation.

Support and conduct

Support is handled by people, around the clock, at [email protected] and through the Telegram bot @IllinoisProxiesBot. We can confirm a line's carrier, device and current address, help with rotation and client setup, and move a plan to another city if your work relocates. We cannot change what a third-party database records about a carrier block, and we do not advise on ways around any platform's rules.

A proxy changes the network path and nothing else. It does not supply a US phone number, does not alter a browser fingerprint and does not confer any permission a service has not granted. We ask every customer to follow the terms of the platforms they use, and we recommend Undetectable.io or GoLogin for anyone who needs separate browser profiles kept tidy.

Illinois proxy questions

Do you have hardware in Springfield, Peoria or Rockford?

No. Every device is in one Chicago rack. Those cities are service areas whose state-level reading is covered; the address resolves to Chicago, Illinois.

Will the address show my client's city?

It shows Chicago, Illinois. Carrier gateway addresses do not carry the phone's town, so no mobile proxy can honestly show a smaller Illinois city. Test the real task on an hourly plan if the city matters.

Which carrier is best for Illinois?

All three read as Illinois mobile addresses. Choose by current stock and by any experience you have with a carrier on your platform; an hourly plan lets you compare two cheaply.

Can I try before buying a month?

Yes. An hourly plan starts at $2 for two hours on 4G, and the hours paid count toward a one-day plan if you extend.
