Illinois Proxies Refund Policy
Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy covers every paid period on an Illinois Proxies line. Our position is simple: if a line has a fault that is ours and we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the time you could not use. Credits are issued to the account balance, where they apply to any future order, renewal or move. The sections below say when credit is due, when it is not, and how to ask.
Credit for a line we cannot repair
If a line fails for a reason on our side, such as a modem fault, a SIM that stops registering on the network, or a rack problem, and support cannot restore it or swap the hardware within a reasonable time, the unused part of the paid period is credited to your account. The proration is by the hour from the moment you reported the fault to the moment we confirm it cannot be fixed. The credit is issued as account balance, not returned to the original payment method; balance is the single form every refund under this policy takes.
Credit for confirmed outages
Mobile networks blink. Short interruptions, rotations and carrier maintenance are part of using a real cellular line and are not credited. Where our monitoring confirms that a line was down for more than a few consecutive hours in one day because of something on our side or at the carrier, we credit the day. Where a line is down for most of a week, we credit the week. The threshold is stated in words on purpose: we look at the monitoring record for the line and the period, and we err toward the customer when the record is unclear.
Situations that are not refundable
A ban, a restriction or a challenge from a third-party platform is a decision of that platform about your account, not a fault of the line, and it is not refundable. Measures taken under the fair use rule in the terms, such as slowing or pausing a line that is moving bulk data, are not downtime. Lines released after non-payment under the forty-eight hour schedule are not refunded. Changing your mind after a line has been activated is not refundable, because the SIM has been taken out of stock for you and cannot be sold to someone else for that period.
A line is activated the moment the credentials are issued after payment, and hourly plans are not refundable once they have started. If the carrier assigns an address that a particular geolocation service reads as a different city or state, that is a property of the carrier pool and not a fault; the free location move in the dashboard is the remedy.
Credits are account balance
Every credit under this policy is added to the balance in your dashboard. Balance never expires, pays for any plan on any carrier in any of our US locations, and is used before any other payment method at checkout. Balance is not withdrawable as cash.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected], or write to @IllinoisProxiesBot on Telegram, with the order number, the line name as shown in the dashboard, and a short description of what went wrong and when. The order number is on the receipt and on the order row in the dashboard. We check the monitoring and connection record for the line, reply within one business day in Central time, and apply any credit at the same time as the reply. Claims must be made within fourteen days of the end of the affected period.
Chargebacks
Please ask us before asking your bank. A chargeback opened on a paid order closes the account and all lines on it, and the account is not reopened while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, the account stays closed. Our support hours are around the clock, and a claim through support is faster than a dispute.
Questions
My account on another platform was restricted. Can I get a refund?
No. The platform made a decision about the account; the line itself was working. Credit applies only to faults on the line.
The line dropped for twenty minutes. Is that an outage credit?
No. Brief interruptions are normal on cellular networks. Credit starts when monitoring shows the line down for several consecutive hours.
Can I get the money back to my card instead of balance?
No. Every refund under this policy is issued as account balance, which pays for any future order or renewal on any carrier.
I started a two-hour plan and it did not suit me. Refund?
Hourly plans are not refundable once they start. If the line itself was faulty, tell support and we will credit it.
