Illinois Proxies Terms of Service

Version dated October 10, 2026. These terms apply to every account, order and line on illinoisproxies.com and on the il.illinoisproxies.com dashboard. We have arranged them in the order a new customer tends to need them: how to reach us, what the words mean, what you are actually renting, how money moves, and only then the formal clauses. Placing an order or using a line means you accept the whole document.

How to reach the operator

Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or to the @IllinoisProxiesBot bot on Telegram. Both channels are read by people, around the clock, every day of the year. Notices about an order, an overdue balance or a complaint are sent to the email address on the account, and that address is the one we treat as current until you change it in the dashboard.

Words used in this document

A line is one carrier SIM card installed in one device in our Chicago rack and assigned to one account for a paid period. A device is a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router or an Android phone that we own and operate. A period is the span of time an order pays for: hours, a day, a week or a month. The carrier is AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, whichever issued the SIM. The dashboard is il.illinoisproxies.com, where you manage lines, rotation and billing.

When these terms say we, us or Illinois Proxies, they mean the company that operates the service. When they say you, they mean the person or the business that holds the account, and anyone that person allows to use the credentials.

What a line is and is not

For the paid period you have exclusive use of the line. The SIM is not shared with another customer, and the device it sits in is not shared either. You receive the proxy host, port, login and password, the rotation controls, and support for the line while it is active.

The public IP address on the line belongs to the carrier, not to you and not to us. The carrier assigns it, may change it, and shares the surrounding address pool with its own subscribers. We do not promise any particular address, any particular city reading on a geolocation service, any particular speed at a given hour, or any particular treatment of your traffic by a third-party website or app. What we promise is a working, dedicated Illinois carrier line for the time you paid for.

Who may open an account

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter a binding contract. A business account must be opened by someone authorised to bind that business. You are responsible for every action taken with your login, your API key and your proxy credentials, whether or not you personally took it, so keep them private and tell us promptly if you believe they have leaked. One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Billing calendar

Every order is prepaid. Hourly plans are bought for a fixed number of hours, up to four in one purchase, and never renew by themselves; the hours you paid count toward a one-day plan if you upgrade before they run out. Daily, weekly and monthly lines renew unless you turn renewal off in the dashboard, and the renewal amount is collected ahead of the new period, not after it.

We may change list prices at any time. A change never alters a period you have already paid for; it applies from the next renewal and is visible on the pricing page and in the dashboard before it is collected. Paid balance on the account is used for renewals first, then for new orders.

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and currently include cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Zelle and bank wire. Cryptocurrency and wire payments count once the network or the bank confirms them.

When a payment is overdue

If a renewal cannot be collected, we send a notice to the account email and allow twenty-four hours of grace during which the line keeps running. If the balance is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the line is suspended: it stops passing traffic, but the SIM and the device remain reserved for you for a further twenty-four hours. Paying at any point in that window restores the same line.

Forty-eight hours after the first notice, unpaid lines are released back to stock, and the SIM may be assigned to another customer. Released lines are not refunded and cannot be recovered; a later payment buys a new line. Management may suspend or release lines earlier than this schedule where an account shows a pattern of non-payment or where we believe the account is being abused.

Unlimited data and the fair use rule

We do not meter the data on a line and we do not sell gigabytes. The SIM is a consumer mobile subscription, and the fair use rule exists to keep it behaving like one. Proxy work in the ordinary sense is what the line is for: browsing, account management, price and stock checks, verification, automation at human-like volumes.

Bulk file transfer is not permitted: moving large archives, mirroring sites, streaming video for hours as a download source, seeding, or using the line as general internet access for a household or an office. Where traffic looks like that, we may slow the line, pause it or ask you to explain. Such measures are part of the service, are not counted as downtime, and are not grounds for a refund. We do not publish a numeric threshold, because the test is the pattern of use and not a figure.

Uses we do not allow

The following uses end the agreement without notice, and we cooperate with lawful investigations of them.

  • Any activity that is illegal in the United States, in Illinois, or in the place where you are.
  • Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, identity theft, account takeover and phishing.
  • Attacks on networks or systems: scanning, flooding, intrusion attempts, malware distribution, denial of service.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging by email, SMS, chat or comment.
  • Content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or harasses an individual.
  • Reselling or sharing a single line among several end users without a written reseller agreement with us.
  • Interfering with the carrier network, the rack hardware or another customer's line.
  • Using the line to break the terms of a platform in a way that platform treats as abuse.

Complaints and lawful requests

Carriers, platforms and members of the public sometimes send complaints about traffic from an address. We investigate each one against our connection records. If the record points to your line and the complaint is credible, we may pause the line while we ask you about it, and we may close the account if the explanation does not hold up. Where a request comes from a court or a law enforcement body with proper authority, we comply with it and, where the law allows, tell you that we did.

Intellectual property

The Illinois Proxies name, the site, the dashboard, the API and their documentation are ours or licensed to us. You may use them to operate your lines and for nothing else. You may not copy the dashboard, scrape the site, or present our service as your own. Content that you send through a line remains yours, and we claim no rights in it.

Disclaimers and the limit on our liability

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. Mobile networks have busy hours, tower maintenance, weather and address churn that we do not control, and no part of these terms is a guarantee of uninterrupted service or of any result on any third-party platform.

To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service, however they are framed, is limited to the amount you paid us in the thirty days before the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts on other platforms, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Your indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us, our staff and our suppliers against any claim, fine, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your use of a line, from content you send through it, or from a breach of these terms by you or by anyone using your credentials.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time by turning off renewal; the line runs to the end of the paid period and then closes. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for an unresolved complaint, for non-payment under the overdue schedule above, or where continuing would expose us or the carrier to legal risk. Where the closure is ours and is not caused by your conduct, unused prepaid time is returned as account credit under the refund policy.

Changes, governing law and the rest

We may update these terms. The version date at the top changes when we do, and a change takes effect from the next paid period after it is published. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new text.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stands. Our failure to enforce a clause once is not a waiver of it. This document, the refund policy and the privacy policy together are the whole agreement between us.

Questions

Can I pay for a month and cancel after a week?

You can turn renewal off at any time, and the line runs until the paid month ends. Unused time is not refunded for a change of mind; see the refund policy for the cases where credit is issued.

What happens to my line if a card payment fails?

You get a notice, the line keeps running for twenty-four hours, then it is suspended but held for another twenty-four hours. Pay in that window and the same line comes back. At forty-eight hours it is released.

Is there a data limit I should know about?

No allowance and no meter. The one rule is fair use: the SIM is for proxy work, not for bulk downloads or as a household internet connection.

Which law applies to the agreement?

United States federal law and the law of the state where the operating company is registered. Illinois customers keep any protections that Illinois consumer law gives them regardless.
