Illinois Mobile Proxies, Served From One Chicago Rack

Illinois Proxies is a state service, not a city service, and the distinction shapes everything about how we run it. Every line we sell is a real carrier SIM in hardware we own, and all of that hardware stands in one rack in Chicago. From that rack we serve customers whose work is registered in Springfield, invoiced from Naperville, or addressed to Peoria, because for the checks that matter to them the state is the unit that counts. This article sets out plainly what you rent, where it physically sits, what an outside observer sees, and what each plan costs, so that you can decide whether a state-level Illinois line is the right instrument for your work.

One rack, one state

We made an early decision not to scatter equipment across the state. Carrier networks in Illinois are organised around regional gateways, and an address issued to a phone in Champaign and an address issued to a phone in the Chicago suburbs often come from the same gateway and resolve to the same place in a geolocation database. Spreading modems across six towns would cost a great deal and would not change what a website reads. So we concentrated on a single Chicago facility with reliable power, good signal for all three carriers, and staff who can reach it quickly.

The result is that an Illinois Proxies line always reads as Chicago, Illinois, United States, with the owner shown as AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon and the connection type shown as mobile. That is the reading a state-level check compares against. If your account, your billing address or your business registration says Illinois, the line agrees with it.

What a line actually is

A line is one SIM card from one carrier, installed in one piece of hardware: a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router, or an Android phone. That device is assigned to one customer for the length of the plan. Nobody else sends traffic through it, nobody else can rotate its address, and its history on any platform is the history you gave it. When the plan ends, the device is reset before it is assigned again.

You connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, with UDP supported over SOCKS5. The dashboard at il.illinoisproxies.com gives you the host, port and credentials the moment payment clears, so activation is immediate. Stock per carrier changes day to day as lines are rented and returned; the checkout page shows what is free at the moment you order.

Service areas, stated honestly

We list Springfield, Naperville, Aurora, Peoria, Rockford and Champaign as service areas. This means we serve customers working in those places from the Chicago rack, and that the state-level reading those customers need is covered. It does not mean we have hardware, local addresses or local phone numbers in any of them. If a task genuinely requires a Peoria-specific address, a state-level line is the wrong tool, and we would rather tell you that before you pay than after.

In practice, most Illinois work is state-level. Platforms that compare a login to a billing state, services that gate content by state, ad campaigns that target Illinois, and Illinois-registered business accounts all operate at the resolution a Chicago carrier address provides.

  • Reads as: Chicago, Illinois, United States, mobile carrier address.
  • Time zone to match on your device: Central (America/Chicago).
  • Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, subject to daily stock.
  • Hardware: USB modems, cellular routers and Android phones in one Chicago rack.

Plans and prices

Pricing is the same across carriers and depends only on whether the device is 4G or 5G. Hourly plans suit a short task or a test before committing: $2 on 4G or $3 on 5G buys the first two hours, each additional hour costs the same rate again, and a single purchase runs up to four hours. Hourly plans never renew on their own, and the hours you have paid count toward a one-day plan if you decide to extend.

Beyond that, a day is $5 on 4G or $6 on 5G, a week is $28 or $31, and a month is $65 or $75. The simplest way to say it: from $2 for 2 hours or $5 a day. We accept cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Zelle and bank wire. A referral programme pays a share of every order placed by someone you introduce.

Data, rotation and speed

Data on every plan is unlimited under a fair-use understanding: the line is meant for proxy work, not for bulk file transfer. Rotation is also unlimited. By default the address stays as long as the carrier keeps the session alive, which can be days. When you want a new one, you trigger it from the dashboard, a rotation link, the API, or a timer you set.

Addresses come from the carrier's regional pool, which is shared with ordinary subscribers through carrier-grade NAT. An address can repeat after a rotation, and the carrier may change it without notice. Typical throughput is 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50+ Mbps on 5G, which is well above what account work and most data collection require.

Support, moves and what a proxy does not do

Support is staffed by people around the clock, by email at [email protected] and through the Telegram bot @IllinoisProxiesBot. If your work shifts to another part of the country, you can move the plan to one of our other US cities from the dashboard at no charge, with the remaining time carried over.

A proxy changes only the network path your traffic takes. It does not supply a US phone number, it does not alter a browser fingerprint, and it does not grant any permission a platform has not given you. You remain responsible for following each platform's rules, and we will not advise on ways around them.

Frequently asked

Is there hardware in Springfield or Peoria?

No. All equipment is in one Chicago rack. Springfield, Peoria and the other service areas are places whose state-level reading we cover; the address always resolves to Chicago, Illinois.

Which carrier should I choose?

All three read as Illinois mobile addresses. Choose by what is in stock today and, if a particular platform has treated one carrier's pool better for you in the past, by that experience. An hourly plan is a cheap way to compare.

Does the plan renew automatically?

Hourly plans never renew. Daily, weekly and monthly plans can be set to renew from the dashboard if you prefer not to re-purchase by hand.

Can I share one line between two colleagues?

The line is dedicated to your account, and you may let colleagues use its credentials, but it remains one device with one carrier session, so simultaneous heavy use from two places will compete for the same connection.

USA mobile proxies on hardware we own

Real 4G and 5G carrier IPs in eight US metros, with unlimited rotation, sticky sessions and HTTP(S) or SOCKS5. Try a line by the hour from $2 for the first two hours, or take a full day from $5; the hours you paid count toward the day.
